Compliance and audit
Prove that what the contracts require was done
Compliance and audit teams need more than a list of contracts. Pactinel links every obligation to its clause, records who completed it with what evidence, and keeps an audit log you can hand to an auditor.

Sound familiar?
- Obligations are tracked in spreadsheets with no evidence of who did what.
- Exceptions are agreed by email and never documented.
- Every audit starts with weeks of collecting documents.
What your team gets
Obligations with evidence
Each obligation has an owner, a due date and the evidence required to close it, with approvals where they matter.
Waivers with a reason
An obligation can only be waived with a reason and an approval, so exceptions are documented.
A complete audit log
Every change, approval, export and download is recorded with who did it and when.
Time-limited auditor access
Give an external auditor read-only access for a set period, free of charge.

Questions
Can the audit log be edited?
No. Every change, approval, export and download is recorded with who did it and when, and the entries cannot be changed or removed by users.
How do we give an external auditor access?
Invite them with the auditor role for a set period. Access is read-only, free of charge and ends on its own.
