What does a missed renewal cost?
A contract that renews because nobody gave notice commits you to another term at a price you did not choose. Estimate what that means for you.

Frequently asked questions
How does the trial work?
Every new workspace gets 14 days of Business features with no card. When the trial ends the workspace moves to Free. Nothing is deleted; contracts above the Free limit become read-only until you upgrade or archive some.
Who needs a paid seat?
People who add, edit or verify contracts need a paid seat. People who only complete tasks, approve or read are free users, on every plan, with no limit.
What counts as an active contract?
A contract that is still running or waiting to start. Archived and ended contracts do not count and stay available for free.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You cancel in the workspace with one click, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Which currencies and payment methods can I use?
You can pay in US dollars, euros or pounds sterling. Paddle, our merchant of record, handles payment, invoices and sales tax, and offers cards and other local methods.
Are there discounts?
Yearly billing costs ten months' price. Non-profit organisations get 30% off. There are no other discounts.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export all contracts, data and files at any time. After cancellation, the workspace stays on Free, so nothing is lost.
