Contract repository
Every signed contract in one place you can trust
Replace shared folders and tracker spreadsheets with one register. Each contract has a number, an owner, a state and its documents, and its key facts are visible at a glance.

Why it matters
Without Pactinel
- Contracts sit in inboxes, shared drives and filing cabinets, and nobody knows which version is signed.
- When the person who negotiated a contract leaves, nobody else knows it exists.
- Amendments and order forms are stored apart from the agreement they change.
With Pactinel
- Search and filters that fit how you work
- Clear ownership
- Related contracts together
- Safe by default
What it does
Search and filters that fit how you work
Find contracts by text, party, type, owner, state or date, and keep the filters you use as saved views.
Clear ownership
Every contract has an owner, and the people involved are named. Nothing sits without someone responsible for it.
Related contracts together
Master agreements, amendments and order forms are linked, so you see the family a contract belongs to.
Safe by default
Documents keep their versions, deleted items wait in the trash for 30 days, and a legal hold stops a contract from being deleted.

Questions
Can I export my contracts?
Yes. Every list exports to CSV and Excel, and your documents and data can be exported at any time.
How are contracts organised?
By type, department, legal entity, location, owner, state and tags. You can combine these as filters and save the views your team uses.
Who can see a contract?
Access follows workspace roles. People who only complete tasks see the task and the clause it relates to, not the whole register.
What happens when a contract is deleted?
It goes to the trash and can be restored for 30 days. Contracts under legal hold cannot be deleted until the hold is lifted.
Can some contracts stay confidential?
Yes. Mark a contract as confidential and only people with that right can see it. Financial figures can be restricted in the same way.
