Know what your contracts will cost and earn, month by month
Contracts are commitments. Pactinel turns them into a forecast you can plan with, applies the price changes they allow and shows the money a timely decision saved.

Sound familiar?
- Contractual payments are missing from the forecast until the invoice arrives.
- Price increases customer contracts allow are never invoiced.
- Guarantee fees are paid for years after the guarantee could have been returned.
What your team gets
A cash forecast from the contracts
Payments and receipts by month, in each contract's currency, from the commercial terms you verified.
Price increases applied
Index-linked increases on customer contracts are calculated and approved, and missed ones are reported as leakage.
Unwanted renewals avoided
Renewal decisions arrive before the notice deadline, with the annual value at stake.
Guarantee fees under control

Questions
Does Pactinel convert currencies?
No. Each contract keeps its own currency, and totals are shown per currency so nothing is converted silently.
Can finance see figures that others cannot?
Yes. Financial figures are visible only to people with that right, so a task owner can work on a contract without seeing its value.
Screens from Pactinel's demo workspace, which uses fictional sample data.
