Marketing website
The website is built to work without cookies. We measure visits with a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool that does not set cookies, does not store a persistent identifier in your browser and does not follow you across sites or share data with third parties. We use no advertising, retargeting or social media tracking. Forms are protected by an open-source proof-of-work bot check that sets no cookie. Because no cookies or similar identifiers needing consent are used, the website does not show a cookie banner.
Workspace and console
When you sign in, the workspace sets a session cookie. It is opaque (it contains no personal data, only a random identifier whose hash is stored on the server), HttpOnly, Secure and host-only, and it is used to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. Staff console sessions use their own separate cookie. We may store your language or interface choice in your browser or account so that the product remembers it. These cookies are strictly necessary for the service you asked for.
Checkout
When you buy a plan, checkout is provided by Paddle, which may set its own cookies to run the payment and prevent fraud. We do not control them. See Paddle's privacy and cookie information.
Legal background
In the EU and UK, rules implementing the ePrivacy Directive (Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC) require consent before storing or reading information on your device, except where it is strictly necessary to provide a service you explicitly requested. Our approach is to use only the cookies that fall under that exception and to avoid consent-based tracking altogether. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent before setting such cookies.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the workspace's session cookie will prevent you from signing in.
