Sales and customer success

Protect revenue that is already signed

Customer contracts hold renewal dates, price increases and promises. Pactinel makes sure renewals are worked early, increases are applied when the contract allows and commitments to customers are met.

Price adjustments in Pactinel: increases awaiting a decision with old and new prices

Sound familiar?

  • A customer renewal is noticed only when the customer gives notice.
  • The yearly price increase the contract allows is forgotten.
  • Service levels and reports promised to customers are not tracked.

What your team gets

  1. Customer renewals in view

Renewal windows on customer contracts appear months ahead, with the value at stake.

  2. Increases applied on time

Index-linked increases are calculated when the figures are published, and missed ones are reported as leakage.

  3. Promises kept

Service levels, reports and deliverables owed to customers become tasks with owners.

  4. Account context in one place

Each customer's contracts, value, open obligations and documents are on one page.

Questions

Does Pactinel replace our CRM?

No. The CRM runs the pipeline. Pactinel tracks what the signed customer contracts say: renewal dates, price increases and the promises made.

How are missed price increases reported?

An increase the contract allowed and that was not applied is reported as leakage, with the amount and the date it could have taken effect.

Screens from Pactinel's demo workspace, which uses fictional sample data.
