Accessibility statement

Pactinel aims to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. This statement explains our goal, what we do, what we have not verified, and how to send feedback.

By Pactinel editorial teamReviewed on October 22, 20261 min read

Pactinel should be usable by everyone who has to manage a contract, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our goal

Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, a W3C Recommendation, for the website and the product. This is a goal. As of October 2026 we have not commissioned an independent accessibility audit and we do not claim that the site or the product conforms.

What we do

  • Pages use semantic HTML and landmarks, so that assistive technology can navigate them.
  • Every interactive control can be reached and operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Forms have labels, clear error messages and no unnecessary fields.
  • We use one light theme with colors chosen for contrast, and information is not conveyed by color alone.
  • Layouts use logical properties and allow for longer text in other languages and for right-to-left scripts, and text can be enlarged without breaking the page.
  • We apply the accessibility checks in our own development and review process.

Known limitations

  • Documents that customers upload, such as scanned contracts, are shown as they were provided. Their accessibility depends on the source file, although we run text recognition so that the text can be searched.
  • Generated PDF files and spreadsheets may not meet every accessibility criterion yet.
  • Because we have not had an independent audit, there may be barriers we have not found.

Feedback and requests

If you meet a barrier, or need information in another format, please tell us through the contact page and choose the accessibility category. Describe the page, what you were trying to do and any assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within five business days and to tell you what we can do and when. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may contact the accessibility or consumer authority in your country.
