About Pactinel

Pactinel is contract operations software for the time after signature, developed by BBA Innovations. What it is, why it exists and how it works.

Pactinel turns a company's signed contracts into deadlines, obligations and tasks, each with an owner, evidence and an audit trail. Our category is post-signature contract operations, and our line is: don't just store your contracts, run them.

Why Pactinel exists

Most contract tools help you write, negotiate and sign. Once the signature is dry, the contract usually moves to a shared drive or a spreadsheet, and the work that follows depends on someone remembering a date. Renewal notice windows pass, price escalations go unapplied, insurance certificates and bank guarantees expire, and nobody can say which amendment is the one that applies today.

We built Pactinel for the people who carry that work: finance, procurement, operations, legal and the managers who own supplier and customer relationships. Many of them work in companies with no large legal department and a few hundred or a few thousand active contracts.

What Pactinel does

  • Reads uploaded contracts with AI and extracts dates, terms and obligations. Every extracted field shows its source page, the highlighted text and a confidence value, and a person verifies the critical fields before a contract becomes active.
  • Computes notice dates, renewal windows, price escalations and bank guarantee expiries, and turns each one into a task with an owner, a backup owner and an escalation path.
  • Shows the effective terms across a master agreement, its amendments and order forms, with the source of each value.
  • Tracks bank guarantees, bonds, certificates of insurance and other required documents.
  • Reads the notices clause, warns when a planned channel does not comply, and drafts the letter for a person to review.
  • Lets everyone take part: task owners, approvers, viewers and auditors never need a paid seat.

What Pactinel does not do

Pactinel does not give legal advice and is not a law firm. It calculates, warns and drafts, and every calculation and draft tells you to verify it. It is not a drafting or negotiation editor, an e-signature product or an accounting system. Customer contract data is never used to train any AI model. Details are on the security and AI principles pages.

Who is behind it

Pactinel is developed by BBA Innovations within SetteTech (Sette Technological Solutions Yazılım Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi), based in Manisa, Türkiye. The operator's address and registration details are on the imprint. We do not publish team photos, customer logos or testimonials we cannot back, and we will add them only when they are real.

Where your data lives

Production data is hosted in the EU, on a server in Germany. The full list of subprocessors, with the country of each, is published and kept current.
