Is the Free plan free forever?
Yes. Free has no time limit and needs no card.
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. You only add payment details if you choose a paid plan.
What happens above the limit?
Free covers 25 active contracts. Archived and ended contracts do not count. Above the limit, extra contracts become read-only until you upgrade or archive some.
Is AI extraction included on Free?
Yes. Free includes 250 AI pages for your first import and 100 pages a month after that. Every value the AI finds links to its source, and nothing is final until a person verifies it.
Who can use a Free workspace?
2 people can add, edit and verify contracts. Anyone else who completes tasks, approves or reads joins as a free user, with no limit.
Why does Free need a work email?
One Free workspace is available per company domain, so sign-up for Free uses a work address. Personal and disposable addresses cannot open a Free workspace.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU, on servers in Germany, encrypted at rest and in transit. The Free plan has the same security as every paid plan, including two-factor sign-in and an audit log.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, at any time from the workspace. Your contracts, data and settings stay as they are.
