Product and provider
Pactinel is developed by BBA Innovations within Sette Technological Solutions Yazılım Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, which provides the service. That company is the contracting party for every plan and the controller named in the Privacy Policy.
Hosting
The service, its database, documents and backups run on servers of Contabo GmbH in Germany (EU). Cloudflare provides DNS and network protection in front of the service. Every provider that handles customer data is listed on the Subprocessors page.
Payments and invoices
Paid plans are sold through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record: Paddle takes the payment, charges the tax that applies in your country and issues the invoice.
Governing law and courts
Turkish law governs the Terms of Service, and the courts and enforcement offices of Manisa have jurisdiction. For a customer established outside Türkiye, the mandatory rules of its own country remain unaffected.
Reporting unlawful content or a security issue
Use the contact form and choose “Security and privacy”. Tell us what you found and where; we confirm receipt, look into it and tell you what we did.
