Information about Juro comes from its public website, read on 23 October 2026.

What Juro does well

Juro describes itself as an end-to-end contracting platform that is AI-native. According to its site, legal teams create self-serve templates that business teams use without waiting for a lawyer, AI agents help review and redline incoming paper, approvals and signing are part of the workflow, and a repository with AI extraction and a conversational assistant lets people ask questions of their contracts and see sources. It targets legal teams and the HR, procurement, sales and finance teams that contract alongside them, and lists integrations with common business tools plus a REST API.

For a scale-up whose legal team is a bottleneck on contract creation, that approach addresses a real problem. Unlimited users on every plan also means business teams can take part freely.

Who should choose Juro

  • Companies that want to draft, negotiate and approve contracts from templates inside one product.
  • In-house legal teams that want AI help with review and redlining.
  • Teams that need deep integrations with their CRM or HR systems in the contract workflow.

Where Pactinel is different

Pactinel assumes the contract exists and asks what it requires of you.

  • Obligation and deadline engine. Dates, notice windows, renewals and obligations are extracted with citations and turned into tasks with owners, evidence requests and escalation.
  • Price escalations. CPI, HICP and RPI indexation with caps and floors, fetched from official sources (Starter plan and above).
  • Notice clauses. Pactinel reads channels, addresses and deemed-receipt rules, warns about a non-compliant channel, drafts the letter for you to verify and stores proof of dispatch.
  • Guarantees, bonds and certificates. Expiry, return and fee tracking.
  • Effective terms. Master agreement, amendments and order forms merged into what applies today, with sources.
  • Prices on the website. A free plan, AI in every plan, no setup fee and no demo needed to see the price.

Pricing

Juro does not publish prices; its page says quotes depend on contract volume and integration complexity. We cannot compare numbers. Pactinel prices are shown on /pricing, the same for every customer, and are not repeated here to keep a single source.

Choosing between them

If the problem is creating and approving contracts faster, Juro is built for that and Pactinel is not. If the problem is that signed contracts renew, escalate or expire without anyone acting in time, Pactinel is the more focused tool, and its free plan lets you test it with your own files. The two do not conflict: a team could create contracts in a drafting platform and track them in Pactinel.

Questions to ask before you decide

Whichever tool you consider, ask the same few things and write the answers down.

  1. Which contracts and dates cost us money today? List the last three renewals, notices or price increases that caused a problem. A tool is good if it would have prevented those.
  2. Who will do the work? Count the people who must act on a deadline. If most are not contract managers, per-seat pricing matters more than the headline price.
  3. How does the price scale? Ask what happens when the number of contracts doubles, and whether add-ons, extraction or implementation are charged separately. Pactinel's answer is on /pricing; ask Juro the same.
  4. Can we leave? Check that every table exports and that your data remains yours if you stop paying.
  5. Can we try it with our own files? A trial or free plan on your real contracts tells you more than a demo.

Moving data

Pactinel's guided import accepts spreadsheets and exports from other tools, runs OCR and AI extraction, and puts every field in a verification queue so a person confirms critical values before a contract becomes active. Start with a sample of ten to twenty contracts, compare the extracted dates with the documents, then import the rest.

How we keep this page accurate

Competitor facts on this page come from the vendors' own public websites, listed under sources with the date we read them. When a price or feature is not published we say so rather than estimate. We review the page every quarter and whenever we learn of a change. If you represent Juro and see an error, tell us and we will correct it.

Frequently asked questions

Does Juro publish its prices?

No. As of 23 October 2026 its pricing page lists no plans or figures. It says pricing follows a demo and depends on contract volume and integration complexity, and that quotes can be in USD, GBP or EUR.

Does Juro charge per user?

Its FAQ states that all plans offer unlimited users, workflows and templates.

Does Pactinel replace Juro?

Only for post-signature tracking. Pactinel does not draft, review, redline or sign contracts, so it does not replace Juro's drafting and workflow features.
